Rules dated to the month
Re-run March in July and March is paid at March's rates, floor, ceiling and brackets. Every figure lives in one cited rules file.
Net or gross, your choice
Egyptian hires know the net that lands in their account. Store that, and the gross is solved for you, which "add 11%" gets wrong by over a thousand pounds a month.
Employer cost included
Every sheet carries total pay plus the employer's insurance share, the figure you actually budget from.
Declared NOSI wage
Typed per employee, so insurance is charged on what you registered, and the payslip says which wage it used.
What Rakeez HR does not compute yet
End-of-service, the mandatory annual increment, the training-fund contribution, the martyrs' levy and the year-end reconciliation. The rules are sourced and cited, and have not yet been signed off by an Egyptian accountant.

Does Rakeez HR compute Egyptian social insurance and income tax?
Yes. Both are computed from the rules in force in the month being paid, and the payslip shows the wage charged, the annualised base and the bracket applied.
Can employees use it in Arabic?
The whole platform and the mobile app work in Arabic and English, with a right-to-left layout in Arabic.
Can we keep our own contract wording?
Yes. Upload your Word template and Rakeez fills it per employee. Rakeez ships no contract wording of its own.
What happens if our subscription lapses?
Your account becomes read-only. You can still see and export everything.
